Message from IRIS Instruments - COVID-19

Securing our teams and continuity of service

Dear Madam, Dear Sir,

The purpose of this message is to inform you of the arrangements made for the coming weeks to meet your expectations. I want to assure you of the mobilization of our teams to guarantee the quality and continuity of our activity.

Since the start of the COVID-19 health crisis, we have taken care to protect our employees, suppliers and customers by following the recommendations of the health authorities.

We anticipated the reorganization of our work and the implementation of remote logistics in order to guarantee the safety of our teams while remaining operational on a daily basis. Thanks to the continuity plan, we are now organized into an extended time slot and “telework mode” for positions that allow it.

Our premises will be closed to the public until further notice excepting for our subcontractors. All missions are postponed to a later date. As the situation remains evolving, new measures could be decided hurriedly by the French Government. However, our anticipation will allow rapid adaptation to the current situation.

Our division managers will help the teams to function well in this new configuration and maintain the cohesion and solidarity that drive us. Your usual contacts remain at your disposal, reachable by email.

Sécurisation de nos équipes et continuité de service

Chère Madame, Cher Monsieur,

Ce message a pour objet de vous faire part des dispositions prises pour les semaines à venir afin de répondre à vos attentes.

Je tiens à vous assurer de la mobilisation de nos équipes pour garantir la qualité et la continuité de notre activité.

Depuis le début de la crise sanitaire COVID-19, nous avons veillé à protéger nos collaborateurs, nos fournisseurs et nos clients en suivant les recommandations des autorités sanitaires.

Nous avons anticipé la réorganisation de notre travail et la mise en œuvre d’une logistique à distance afin de garantir la sécurité de nos équipes tout en demeurant opérationnels au quotidien. Grâce au plan de continuité, nous sommes dès ce jour organisés en plage horaire élargie et « mode télétravail » pour les postes qui le permettent.

Nos locaux seront fermés au public jusqu’à nouvel ordre à l’exception de nos prestataires. Toute mission est reportée à une date ultérieure. La situation demeurant évolutive, de nouvelles mesures pourraient être décidées rapidement par le Gouvernement français. Toutefois, notre anticipation permettra une adaptation rapide à la situation du moment.

Nos responsables de service aideront les équipes à bien fonctionner dans cette nouvelle configuration et maintenir la cohésion et la solidarité qui nous animent. Vos interlocuteurs habituels restent à votre disposition, joignables par email.

IRIS Instruments continues to expand internationally

Hello everyone!

We are happy and proud to announce the opening in USA of MPT-IRIS Inc, a new company born from Multi-Phase Technologies (MPT) in collaboration with IRIS-Instruments.

The headquarters of MPT-IRIS Inc will remain at MPT’s office at 1430 Greg ST. Suite 503, Sparks Nevada 89431. MPT-IRIS with continue to provide service and support to previous customers of Multi-Phase Technologies.

The alliance of these two companies allows to provide an extremely complete expertise in both instrumentation and service in the domains of electrical resistivity and induced polarization.

That is why we have chosen to officialize the marriage of these two entities November 6^th, 2019. IRIS Instruments acquired 70% of the shares of this new company. Dr Douglas LaBrecque, MPT’s founder, retains 30% of shares.

The CEO of MPT-IRIS is Daniel LaBrecque.

IRIS instruments poursuit son expansion à l’international

Bonjour à toutes et à tous ! 

Nous sommes heureux et fiers de vous annoncer l’ouverture de MPT-IRIS Inc aux USA, une nouvelle structure issue de Multi Phase Technologies (MPT) en collaboration avec IRIS Instruments. Le siège de notre nouvelle branche MPT-IRIS sera au même emplacement que MPT au 1430 Greg St. Suite 503, Sparks Nevada 89431. MPT-IRIS continuera d’assurer les services de MPT auprès des nouveaux comme de ses anciens clients. 

L’association de ces deux structures permet d’offrir une expertise d’instrumentation et de terrain extrêmement complète dans le domaine de la résistivité électrique et de la polarisation provoquée. C’est pourquoi nous avons choisi d’officialiser l’union de ces deux entités le 6 novembre 2019.

IRIS instruments a acquis 70% des parts de cette nouvelle entreprise. Dr Douglas LaBrecque, le géophysicien fondateur de cette société a conservé 30% de ses parts dans l’entreprise. 

Le PDG de la société MPT-IRIS est Daniel LaBrecque.

TIP One

The TIP One is purposely designed for shallow induced polarisation or Resistivity sounding investigations.

Prosysview

Prosys software is a program allowing to download, process and export resistivity and chargeability data of the IRIS Instruments resistivity-meters (SYSCAL) and IP receivers (ELREC).

The main functions of Prosys are the following ones:

- Download data from SYSCAL (USB or Wifi )

- Filtering datas

- Display resistivity pseudo section
- Display IP chargeability pseudo
- Display resistivity sounding
- Display curve of all values

- Export selected datas
- Import R1R, R1m, Pro and read Bin files.

Fullwave Locator

Fullwave Locator software is an Android App available on the Google Play store, allowing to find, edit  and store  Fullwaver nodes position. This software can import, view and edit KML files created with Fullwave Designer.
