Dear Madam, Dear Sir,
The purpose of this message is to inform you of the arrangements made for the coming weeks to meet your expectations. I want to assure you of the mobilization of our teams to guarantee the quality and continuity of our activity.
Since the start of the COVID-19 health crisis, we have taken care to protect our employees, suppliers and customers by following the recommendations of the health authorities.
We anticipated the reorganization
of our work and the implementation of remote logistics in order to guarantee
the safety of our teams while remaining operational on a daily basis. Thanks to
the continuity plan, we are now organized into an extended time slot and
“telework mode” for positions that allow it.
Our premises will be closed to
the public until further notice excepting for our subcontractors. All missions
are postponed to a later date. As the situation remains evolving, new measures
could be decided hurriedly by the French Government. However, our anticipation
will allow rapid adaptation to the current situation.
Our division managers will help
the teams to function well in this new configuration and maintain the cohesion
and solidarity that drive us. Your usual contacts remain at your disposal,
